What is Whats4Dinner?
We are a meal service local to the Tri-Cities that delivers (or allows for pickup) fresh (never frozen) pre-prepared meals under 700 calories. Created for the fast paced person on the go that aspires to still eat healthy. All the meals are fully cooked with fresh ingredients, so all you have to do is heat them up in the microwave for 2:30 minutes. Whats4Dinner’s focus is on community and convenient healthy living, so you can now eat a delicious healthy meal on the go and no longer have to worry about whats for dinner, or lunch.
How do I heat up my meals?
Meals are already fully cooked so all you have to do is heat them up in the microwave. Generally the meals heat up in about 2 to 2:30 minutes, depending on your microwave and the temperature you prefer to have it served at. If you are not sure start at 2 minutes and re-heat in 30 second increments until it has reached your preferred level of doneness.
If you would prefer to heat your meals in the oven, preheat your oven to 325 F, transfer your meal to a plate or oven safe dish and heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remember you are reheating these meals not cooking them, so once they are hot they are ready to eat.
How does whats4dinnertricities.com work?
1. Pick Your Plan.
Choose from 4, 6, or 10 meals per week. You can change your meal selections with every order or receive the same meals each week.
2. Choose Delivery or Pick Up.
Choose from one of our multiple pick up points, conveniently located around Tri-Cities or have it delivered on Monday’s and Thursday’s to your door for a $5 delivery fee.
Mondays & Thursdays from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Mondays from 10:00 am -12:30pm
Thursdays from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
3. Heat Your Meal
Heat your meal in the Microwave for roughly 2:30 minutes or until it meets your satisfaction of temperature.
How do I order?
Ordering is fast and easy.
Choose a package that fits you and add it to your shopping cart. Determine if you would like to pick it up or have it delivered. Create a customer login with your e-mail address. Confirm order.
What is the weekly deadline for changing my next order?
Meal prep is done on Sundays and Wednesdays, to be available for pick up or delivery on Mondays and Thursdays. All orders for Mondays must be in by Thursday the previous week at midnight and all orders for Thursdays must be in by Monday at midnight of that current week.
You can find your deadline on your Meal Planner or in your reminder email every week. If you ever want us to confirm your deadline for you feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
How long will the meals last?
Being that all meals are made with fresh ingredients and never frozen, they have a refrigerated shelf life of about 5 days. Meals that have avocado in them are best to be eaten within 2 days, to prevent from the avocado going bad. Although the meals taste best fresh, if you can not get around to eating them within the recommended time, you can freeze them and eat them at a later date. Just make sure to thaw the meals before microwaving them.
Do the meals on the menu change?
For the time being we have 9 menu options to choose from. As we expand we will be creating a weekly rotating menu, to create more variety and offer new menu options each week. Feel free to comment on our website about the meals, so we know what you like and anything that you would like us to change in the future.
How much do your meal plans cost?
Our meal plans consist of a weekly subscription options:
4 meals for the week $49.99 (or $12.99 per meal)
6 meals for the week $59.99 (or $9.99 per meal)
10 meals for week $89.99 (or $8.99 per meal)
Can I make weekly changes to my Meal Selections?
You can always make changes on your Meal selections. Just make sure you are making these changes before the deadline for your upcoming order. Each week you can view and change the meals you want for that week.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign into your account and log into your Meal Planner. Click on the link for Subscription Settings and click Cancel Subscription. There will be a few brief questions asking why you are un-subscribing and then a confirmation email will be sent to you for your cancellation.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We take Visa, MasterCard credit and debit cards.
Will I get a receipt for my orders?
Every week we will send you a confirmation email that will show the meals plan you chose and the amount charged to your card. If you can not find it contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you another one.
